Behind the LVMKT Style Takeover: Getting to Know Our Design Influencers

That’s why with the new year freshly upon us, Twin Star Home is gearing up for the Las Vegas Market with new looks, new ideas, and new partners!  

We couldn’t be more excited to show some of our latest innovations and collaborate with three incredibly talented design influencers for a complete style takeover in our showroom. These designers have a finger on the pulse of both current and upcoming trends and will be giving us three unique looks for flexible design that works with every style. Read on to learn about our style influencers and how they’ll be helping us to shake things up at Market. 

Breegan Jane 

From sunny southern California, Breegan Jane is an interior designer, mom and lifestyle expert blogger, entrepreneur, and radio host living in Los Angeles with her two young sons. As an experienced and accomplished designer, Breegan’s resume boasts enterprises that run the gamut from custom designing personal music studios to managing international real estate projects with a full staff.  

Breegan first honed her design skills while working as the creative director and marketing professional for a luxury yacht manufacturer. She staged yachts in-house as well as traveled internationally for consultations with her clientele in locations as far off as Dubai. Those unique experiences set the stage for her more exceptional design opportunities and a flourishing interior design business. 

With her design savvy sought after by a wide range of clients across almost every industry, Breegan has curated style for a variety of projects from celebrity and commercial properties to exquisite restaurants and large-scale remodels. Her portfolio even includes designs for a double platinum-selling recording artist, for whom she designed an elaborate home complete with a tailored wardrobe room. 

Breegan says that designing gives her “a chance to give the gift of beauty, to make luxury attainable for everyone.” While she spreads inspired design full of beautiful high-end touches, she also enjoys creating spaces that feel like home. This isn’t surprising since she devotes most of her time spent away from designing to her two sons and empowering other mothers.  

Max Humphrey 

Max Humphrey is a leading interior designer based in Portland, Oregon with his style best described as Modern Americana. He creates interesting spaces that reflect the people who live in them and thinks every room should show signs of life. 

Originally from New Hampshire, Max graduated from college in Boston before moving to Los Angeles. He spent the next few years playing bass guitar in a punk rock band signed to a major record label before ultimately determining a career change was in order. The next ten years he spent designing homes and commercial spaces all over the USA.  

In 2016, Max moved to Portland to launch his own design firm. His current residential projects include homes all over Portland and in Bend, Bainbridge Island, Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles, and Boston, MA. Max’s commercial project commissions include the headquarters for one of Oregon’s largest wineries, a restaurant in North Carolina, a podcast studio in New York City, and even a mobile coffee shop built out of an Airstream trailer for a beverage conglomerate. 

Throughout his career, Max has been featured in Architectural Digest, Coastal Living, Domino, Dwell, House Beautiful, Luxe, and the Wall Street Journal. This year, he was featured in Country Living’s creativity issue as one of the country’s 100 most creative people. As he continues to influence the design industry, Max sticks to his belief that style is knowing who you are, what you want to say, and not caring what people think. 

Jeanne Chung 

Jeanne K. Chung is a Southern California-based luxury interior designer. She has an eclectic design aesthetic that bridges classic design principles with a modern twist that is fresh and exciting, yet still warm and inviting. Her extensive knowledge of historical styles and periods equips her with the confidence to mix vintage with modern so that the spaces she designs appear as though they are effortless and have evolved over time.  

Jeanne’s attention to detail was first cultivated during her years as a fashion design student at Parsons School of Design (BFA), and later as an interior design student at the New York School of Interior Design. Since then, Jeanne founded her design blog, Cozy Stylish Chic, in 2013, and a retail space that boasts the same name. Cozy Stylish Chic is a diverse mix of vintage finds, fabrics and wallcoverings, furniture, and home technology, and has become a favorite go-to destination for designers and design enthusiasts who seek an artfully edited selection of home furnishings and accessories.  

In 2014, Jeanne further became recognized as an industry influencer after being named an official Style Spotter for the High Point Market Authority, coordinator of the one of the largest furnishings industry trade shows in the world. Now, you can catch Jeanne frequenting museums, gallery openings, and trade shows regularly to keep up with current trends and help maintain a fresh perspective and modern edge for her design themes that also incorporate the past.
